Member Experience Associate

About the position:
This is an entry level position that is the primary representative of the LIVV experience for all patients that visit the lounge – to welcome patients, manage LIVV’s front desk functions, ensure a pleasant and efficient patient check in/out experience, coordinate care, respond to patient inquiries, and provide timely information to match patient care needs with the services we offer. Working directly under an experienced patient care coordinator and with a team of registered nurses and Naturopathic Doctors, you are an integral part of helping patients along their health journey to reach their goals and LIVV well.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- As the primary contact point for each patient visit, you are integral in providing exemplary customer service and coordinating the overall patient experience.
- You take initiative and manage front-office patient interactions; greet patients, check them in/out, and connect them with their provider.
- Your multitasking skills and strong attention to detail is a must to manage the patient intake process, collect payment and schedule appointments for multiple providers and types of services.
- As a communication liaison, you demonstrate strong follow-through to ensure patient inquiries are responded to and correct patient information is captured.
- Using strong product knowledge and sales acumen, you have a knack for connecting with and educating patients on all of LIVV services and products.
- You’re able to engage patients in health conversations to learn about their health goals and recommend appropriate services or providers.
- As a strong team player, you take on additional responsibilities to assist Patient Care Coordinators and Providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Striving for growth and additional learning opportunities, you work with your team on special projects and are excited to take on additional assigned tasks.
