About The Position:
This is an entry level position that is the primary support role for the operation of the LIVV experience for all patients that visit the spa lounge. As the backbone of the clinic, your job is to ensure the facility is always client facing and supplies are available. Working directly under the Clinic Manager, you are an integral part of supporting patients along their health journey to reach their longevity goals and LIVV well.
What You’ll Do:
- As the primary facility support role, you are integral in creating an exemplary customer experience.
- You take initiative and manage the cleaning needs throughout the clinic ensuring the bathrooms, locker rooms, and cold plunge rooms are clean and fully stocked, and water on the floor is removed consistently.
- Your multitasking skills allow you to balance the cleaning tasks and maintain the laundry operations to ensure clean, fresh, and properly handled linens and towels are always available.
- Your strong work ethic and ability to work without direct supervision create a clean and organized space that promotes a positive client experience and productivity for your fellow team members.
