About The Position:

The Facility Assistant is an entry-level, part-time (as needed) position that provides essential back-of-house support to ensure smooth daily operations. Reporting directly to Facility Leads, this role is responsible for completing assigned tasks that keep the clinic organized, fully stocked, and impeccably clean—maintaining the foundation for LIVV’s elevated member experience.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Complete assigned cleaning tasks to maintain the pristine appearance of the clinic, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, and the cold plunge area.
  2. Perform laundry duties—wash, fold, and stock linens and towels to support seamless clinic operations.
  3. Restock and organize medical and retail inventory, ensuring supplies are readily available for patient care and team use.
  4. Prepare and package wellness products and supplies for distribution.
  5. Follow direction from Facility Leads and assist with daily operational tasks as assigned.
  6. Contribute to the overall organization and readiness of the facility by proactively addressing maintenance, cleanliness, and supply needs.
