ABOUT THE ROLE

The Facilities Lead is a highly organized, hands-on functional lead that oversees the operational integrity, safety, and presentation of our LIVV clinics. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Facility & Equipment Maintenance
  • Oversee and assist with preventative and corrective maintenance for HVAC, Sauna, Cold plunge, Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber 
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and determine when contractor escalation is required
  • Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, medical equipment service providers)
  • Manage storm surge clean-up and emergency facility response
  • Lead facilities improvement projects (walls, repairs, cosmetic updates)
  • Maintain maintenance logs and service documentation
  1. Cleaning & Environment Standards
  • Ensure facility meets LIVV luxury brand standards daily
  • Develop and inform facilities checklist for guest services and cleaning staff
  • Perform routine cleaning of specialty equipment as needed
  • Maintain infection-control aligned cleaning procedures in collaboration with clinical leadership
  • Support with event set-up and takedown 
  1. Inventory & Supply Chain Support
  • Manage facility and clinic supply ordering, re-stocking and coordination
  • Support MEA beverage and hospitality supply flow
  • Assist management and clinical teams with procurement tracking
  • Conduct supply audits and par-level management
  • Pack and ship customer orders and supply sets for clinical and -commerce fulfillment
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
  1. Compliance & Operational Support
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedule
  • Track and coordinate HVAC quarterly servicing
  • Support safety inspections and internal audits
  • Ensure equipment certifications remain current
  • Maintain clean mechanical/storage rooms
  • Carry out additional projects and tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  1. Qualifications
  • 3+ years facilities maintenance or management experience (healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or commercial preferred)
  • Experience coordinating contractors and service vendors
  • Familiarity with specialty equipment (sauna, cold plunge, HBOT) preferred
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced luxury clinical environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Proactive problem solver and self-directed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional and calm under pressure
  • High accountability
  1. Preferred Experience
  • Facilities maintenance certification or trade background
  • Luxury hospitality or healthcare experience an asset
  • Experience in medical or wellness clinic environments
  • Inventory management experience
  • Basic project management skills
