ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. You will be part of an innovative practice that prioritizes client wellness through personalized care and proprietary health protocols. In this role, you will play an integral part in enhancing our clients’ well-being by delivering exceptional massage services, promoting relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and therapeutic massage tailored to client needs
- Work collaboratively with naturopathic doctors and medical professionals to support customized wellness plans
- Create a serene, professional, and luxury spa environment for clients
- Maintain knowledge of LIVV’s proprietary health protocols, integrating them into massage treatments where applicable
- Offer recommendations for continued care, wellness routines, and products that support the client’s long-term health
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professional conduct in line with LIVV’s gold-standard service model
- Educate clients about LIVV’s range of services, including IV hydration, medical aesthetics, and regenerative therapies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of California
- Proven experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting preferred
- Passion for holistic wellness and an understanding of the naturopathic and regenerative medicine fields
- Ability to tailor massage techniques to individual client needs and collaborate with other health professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a premium, concierge-level client experience
- Knowledge or interest in functional medicine and cutting-edge wellness modalities is a plus
