ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding patients through their personalized care plans and protocols, ensuring they stay on track with their wellness goals. You will regularly check in on their progress, address any questions or concerns, and ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout their journey at LIVV. As a key liaison between clients and medical professionals, you will play an integral role in maintaining a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments across LIVV’s services, including IV therapy, functional medicine consultations, and medical aesthetics
- Act as a liaison between clients and medical staff to ensure seamless communication and care continuity
- Educate patients on LIVV’s offerings, health protocols, and membership options, guiding them through their wellness journey
- Assist with intake procedures, ensuring that all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all HIPAA regulations
- Support administrative functions such as processing payments, updating client profiles, and managing appointment follow-ups
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a medical, wellness, or luxury spa environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for wellness and client care
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in scheduling software, electronic medical records (EMR), and other clinic management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of functional medicine, naturopathic care, or regenerative wellness is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical confidentiality practices
