ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and elevate our service offering. The RN in our luxury IV lounge will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier intravenous therapy and aesthetic services. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional experience for our clients.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
IV Therapy:
- Administer intravenous fluids based on client needs and protocols.
- Assess and monitor patient responses to IV treatments, making adjustments as necessary.
- Educate clients on the benefits and expectations of IV therapy, ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Maintain sterile techniques and ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Aesthetic Services:
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical treatments.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment consultations, ensuring clients understand the procedures and aftercare.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments.
- Develop customized treatment plans to meet individual client needs and goals.
Client Experience:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service in a high-end lounge environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and empathetic interactions.
- Address client concerns and questions with expertise and care.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Proficient in entry level nursing practices with 2+ years clinical experience as an RN
- Experienced IV clinician, skilled IV formulation and administration.
- Excels in patient care, exemplary in customer service.
- Able to manage full caseload and run the IV lounge efficiently
- Actively advancing nurse injector skills and aesthetics practice competencies as required
- Able to run both the aesthetics & IV lounge efficiently, with the competency to provide all RN services and procedures offered in aesthetics and naturopathic medicine
- Possesses an ‘intrapreneurial’ mindset and sales acumen, with a proven track record of growing and servicing a full aesthetic caseload and client following
