About the position:
LIVV is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be instrumental in building our digital presence through strategic content creation, campaign execution, and community engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with LIVV’s brand values and resonates with our luxury wellness clientele.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Create content for socials, including videos, graphics, and copy that aligns with monthly themes, campaigns, and overall business goals
- Stay at the forefront of health and wellness trends and industry advancements
- Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots for branded content, ensuring high-quality production and brand consistency
- Capture onsite content at LIVV locations, including behind-the-scenes, events, and member experiences
- Engage with and moderate LIVV’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Support LIVV’s influencers and affiliate program by setting up campaigns, tracking performance, and providing feedback to ensure brand alignment and optimization
- Analyze and report on social media performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement and growth
- Stay informed of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to continually elevate LIVV’s social media presence
- As the primary contact point for each patient visit, you are integral in providing exemplary customer service and coordinating the overall patient experience.Your multitasking skills and strong attention to detail is a must to manage the patient intake process, collect payment and schedule appointments for multiple providers and types of services
What you bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Proficient in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
- A creative eye with experience producing high-quality graphics and videos
- Strong copywriting skills
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
