Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how White Stone, LLC, doing business as LIVV Natural, Just LIVV, and related LIVV brands (“LIVV,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit livvnatural.com, shop our online store, create an account, sign up for emails or texts, or contact us (together, the “Services”).

LIVV also operates clinical locations, LIVV Little Italy (800 West Ivy Street, Suite A, San Diego, CA 92101) and LIVV Cardiff (2027 Newcastle Ave, Cardiff, CA 92007). Health information you provide to our clinicians as a patient, including through clinical intake forms and medical records, is protected health information. It is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy. Where this policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices conflict about patient information, the Notice controls.

Products sold through our online store are sold for research and development use only, as stated on our product pages. We do not need, and do not ask for, health information to process a store order.

Information we collect

How we use information

• Fulfill orders: process payments, ship products, send order and shipping updates, handle returns.
• Run your account and support: respond to questions and resolve problems.
• Prevent fraud and protect the Services: verify transactions, detect abuse, keep our systems secure.
• Improve the store: understand which pages and products are used and fix what isn’t working.
• Marketing, with your choices respected: send emails or texts you’ve opted into, and show relevant ads as described in Section 5.
• Comply with law: keep tax and accounting records, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not use health-related information to target advertising unless you give separate, express consent.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell personal information for money.

Service providers may use personal information only to perform services for us and must protect it under written contracts.

Cookies, pixels, and your advertising choices

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the store working (for example, your cart and login), remember preferences, measure traffic, and, if you allow it, show you LIVV ads on other websites.

When advertising technologies are active, partners such as Meta may receive your device identifiers, IP address, and the pages you view on our site. Under California law, this may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our advertising pixel runs on product pages, so these partners may learn which products you view. Because product pages can reveal health interests, advertising cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Your choices:

• Use our cookie settings banner or the Your Privacy Choices link in our site footer to turn off advertising and analytics cookies.
• We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.
• Our Services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, which have no common standard.
• Opt-outs are browser- and device-specific; if you clear cookies or switch browsers, set them again.

Health-related information

Some information we collect can suggest something about your health, such as the peptide categories you view or buy. We treat that information as sensitive. We collect and use it only to provide the products and services you request, to run and secure the Services, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for targeted advertising without your express consent.

Emails and text messages

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. Transactional messages about your orders will still be sent.

If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order messages from LIVV Natural at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we have about you, and get a portable copy.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, tax records).
• Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising.
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it, including for health-related information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

California residents. In the past 12 months we collected the categories in Section 2 from the sources listed there, for the purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them to the recipients in Section 4. We have not sold personal information for money. We may have “shared” identifiers, device and usage data, and commercial information (such as products viewed) with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted under California law, not to infer characteristics about you, so the right to limit its use does not apply. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. You may also request, once a year, information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing under California Civil Code §1798.83 (“Shine the Light”). Notice of Financial Incentive: we offer a 10% discount when you sign up for our emails, and rewards through our ambassador and referral program [describe reward]. To take part, you give us your name, email, and/or phone number. We estimate the value of that information as roughly equal to the cost of the discount or reward we provide. Participation is optional, and you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us; rewards already earned are not affected.

We will verify your identity by matching information you provide to what we hold, such as your email and a recent order number. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and verify your identity directly. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need up to 45 more. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we respond to appeals within [45] days.

Age requirements and children

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from our store. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Business transfers

If LIVV is involved in a merger, acquisition, change in ownership or management, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred to the successor or reviewed during due diligence under confidentiality obligations. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

Third-party sites and social media

Our Services link to sites we do not control, including our Instagram, Facebook and YouTube pages and third-party booking pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Users outside the United States

The Services are intended for users in the United States. We do not ship outside the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on the site before they take effect.
